Birthday boy
I turned 26 last Sunday.
The joke about your brain fully developing around age 25 seems true…
…this last year brought many lessons and more maturity…
…plus a lot of good times along the way.
Here are my top 5 lessons the last year blessed me with:
➤ 1) Impermanence
Death, and change are constant.
Nothing will remain as it is - relationships, circumstances, seasons, emotions, and even our own self.
Embracing this is a gift - it’s made me appreciate life more and soak up each moment.
➤ 2) Process vs Outcome
“
The score will take care of itself when you take care of the effort that precedes the score.
— John Wooden
Thinking big isn’t enough.
The work doesn’t care about your dreams, it demands participation - and the results don’t come without the work.
Go all in on the process, while staying aligned with your outcome.
➤ 3) Ask For Help
Life will humble you when you try to do it alone.
It isn’t weak to ask for help, it is a sign of strength.
Your loved ones, the higher power, and even strangers will come to your aid - you only need to ask.
➤ 4) Stewardship
Appreciate and nurture what you have.
If left unattended - all things plunge into chaos and disorder.
Take care of your environment, possessions, and most importantly yourself.
➤ 5) Acceptance
Life is full of shoulda, coulda, woulda’s.
We must hold it all with loving, compassionate, and raw acceptance.
The best way to honor our life experience is to embody the lessons it taught us through who we are now.

Sending love to all of the people that played a roll in my life over the last year.
Here’s to being the youngest I’ll ever be again 🍻

✅ My Win: Found my zest for life and people again.
After a long period of being a hermit - and focusing on my business - I was able to get out, have fun experiences, and meet new people.
❌ My Challenge: Entrepreneur hell.
Being a business owner isn't for the weak.
It's a rollercoaster...
...income, emotions, and progress is always up and down.
What I am working on
In my personal life: Walking my talk.
Accepting that I can’t be perfect, but I can always do better.
Dialing in my routines, plans, and daily actions to get back on track for my goals this year.
- Complete a spartan trifecta race and Brazilian jiu jitsu contest.
- Enroll 100+ clients in my business.
- Invest $100,000.
In my professional life: Taking action on new learnings.
After the mastermind I went to last week - I’ve had several unlocks and wins.
- YouTube videos are performing better.
- More clarity on how to grow my business.
- Renewed energy to win and believe in myself.
The goal this month is $20,000. Keep you posted :)
In my financial life: Ah, ha, ha, ha, stayin' alive.
I hope you got that reference.
It's been a bumpy two years financially.
I've lost $40k in cash trying new things, and invested even more in myself.
So right now, I am being smart with my money and keeping my head above water best I can.
Calling in more abundance - and appreciating what I already have along the way.
Curious how your week is?
See you next week and as always...
Rooting for you 💪
