A man never enters the same river twice... (manifestation proof)
Read time: 2 minutes
Home sweet home
I had a hell of a time in Utah for two weeks.
Meeting Up With Friends
Mushroom Journey In The Mountains
Skateboarding In My Hometown
The Entrepreneur Accelerator Event
Hapé Meditation With Some Brothers
Baby Shower.
This trip reminded me of this powerful quote:

“
No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it’s not the same river and he’s not the same man.

Returning to Utah felt familiar, but both of us have changed.
Being away was exactly what I needed…
…but I’d be lying if I didn’t admit it was good to be back.
It’s no longer where I live - but in a way - it will always be home.
✅ Win of The Week: My vision is manifesting (fast)
Celebrating a successful in person event!
Had a few hiccups (we helped save a puppy, forgot to get a group photo, and had last minute cancellations)...
...but damn was it awesome.
The Puppy We Took Care Of During The Event
This event is a reminder that manifestation is real - and when we commit to our vision - we will create it.
❌ Challenge of The Week: Slacking on my habits.
I allowed myself to get lazy and sloppy while traveling.
Missed workouts, ate like shit, and didn't stick to a sleep schedule.
Time to dial in now that I am home.
What I Am Building & Improving
Lifestyle: (Re)building my best body.
On my trip I realized how lousy my commitment to fitness has become.
With my spartan race coming up in October, and a general dissatisfaction with my current physique...
...it's becoming my main focus.
Anytime we dial in our fitness, the rest of life seems to fall in line.
No more talk - time to act.
Business: Recalibration.
I've been doing some deep reflection - especially around my business.
'What do I want this to turn into?'
With my son on the way, plus a growing list of ambitions, responsibilities, and clients...
...it's time to simplify, and clarify so I can scale.
So far I think basing my business around community, in person events, and entrepreneurs sounds good.
Will report back with updates soon.
Money: You win some you lose some.
I know I am going to win - because of how much I have been willing to lose.
Many people would've given up after the financial lumps I have taken.
But, it's taught me lessons and skills that are invaluable.
With some last minute cancellations my event wasn't profitable...
...in a monetary sense.
But damn was it profitable in the fulfillment, transformation, and education it brought...
...to me and those that attended.
What we sow we will reap - maybe not from the same source - but from THE source at some point.
After all - it's just money - I can always make more.
