There is one skill that has the highest return out of any.
Self-Leadership
Self-leadership is the ability to intentionally guide your own attitude…
….your thoughts, feelings, and actions…
…toward achieving your goals and living a fulfilling life.

Self-Leadership is about understanding yourself, setting big clear goals, motivating yourself to act, and following through consistently especially when challenges arise.
I previously wrote about how a lot of people have Self-Awareness but lack Self-Leadership.
The biggest bottleneck for entrepreneurs I work with is this:
Their awareness outpaces their ability to actually lead themselves out of old patterns.
So they self-sabotage (get in their own way).
The spotlight of their awareness allows them to see all the ways they hold themselves back…
…but their lack of ability to lead themselves out of the madness keeps them stuck.
Because awareness alone doesn’t change behavior…
…it only makes you painfully aware of it.
Can you relate?
I resonated with this so much that I named my community ‘Self-Led Entrepreneurs’.
Why?
If you lead yourself well, the whole world will follow.

Becoming Self-Led is all about upgrading and mastering your thoughts, feelings, and actions…
…by upgrading the systems and internal beliefs that you operate your life with…
…to unlock your ability to create the income, impact, and lifestyle you desire.
Pretty neat right?
Become the captain of your ship
You are an infinitely powerful, creative, and divine being in a temporary physical body.
In other words - you have a bad ass ‘ship’ - equipped with the most powerful equipment known to man - to navigate this world and life with.
When you learn to become the captain of your ship - your mind, body, spirit, and systems - you can go anywhere you want to go.

But first you must know where it is you want to go.
Self-Leadership begins with having a clear vision - in fact all leadership does.

Why would anyone (including yourself) follow you if you don’t know where you are going or what you want?

Once you know where you are going, and what you want - leading yourself becomes easy.
Everything becomes clear.
- What are the thoughts, feelings, and actions that align with my vision?
- Who must I become to realize my vision?
- How can I lead myself in alignment with my vision?
Having a vision - a north star - is the key to powerful Self-Leadership and results.

Once you have a clear vision the next step is to use and upgrade your equipment.
- Your mind - imagining success while installing new-improved ways of thinking and an empowered self image.
- Your body - nourishing, training, and shaping your body for peak health, energy, performance, and aesthetics.
- Your spirit - connecting to a higher power, your higher self, and the inspiration needed to win.
- Your systems - building habits, improving your tools and strategy, while optimizing your lifestyle for maximum results + happiness.
The process of Self-Leadership can be summarized in one word.
Alignment.

The first step to Alignment and therefore Self-Leadership is Vision.
Knowing what you want and where you are going.
You can, you will, you must
We were made to be creators...
...not slaves to a system and society...
...slowly killing itself and forgetting it's true nature.
Remember - you are going to die soon...
...so what do you really have to lose?
Go for it.
Become a powerful leader of yourself.
Have the courage to identify and commit to your dreams.
Do it for the little kid you used to be - who didn't have all the baggage, fear, and excuses.
Do it for your family and future generations - they deserve to see you achieve your dreams.
Do it for all the people who doubt and underestimate you - success is the best revenge.
It isn't an option...
...unless you want to die with regret.
Knowing you coulda, shoulda, woulda...
...but didn't...
...and now you can't.
I'm here to remind you:
You can, you will, and you must.
This is true power...
